the sizing of these trousers is comparable to men's sizes to offer a unisex fit. if you are after a high-waisted look, select the size with the measurements that sit best on your high waist. if in between sizes, size down as the elasticated back and will give an additional 3-4 inches in the waist. they are 100% cotton, and we recommend gentle wash hang to dry or dry clean only.
